Job duties:

Prepare annual tax returns, quarterly tax returns and sales tax returns for corporate entities, estates and trusts, and individuals; use GAAP and professional accounting rules for accounts reconciliation and analysis; conduct research to support business decisions and develop strategies to meet IRS guidelines and tax procedures; prepare financial statements for business entities; prepare audit response and research tax issues; review IRS tax procedures and tax laws and prepare tax reporting guidelines;  evaluate tax regulations and suggest ways to diminish tax burden; keep track of changes related to relevant tax laws.
